Welcome to Hogwarts
Half a term of Harry Potter created enough magic to entice. The Falcons had their very own Harry Potter World in their classroom. They studied ‘Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone’ and brought the text to life. They located magical creatures on a world map, considering the treatment of ‘witches’ through history and learned about stop motion animation using green screens. With dragons in art, and Harry Potter cushion making in DT, newpaper articles in Engish and games of quidditch in PE, there was enough to keep the Harry Potter fans intrigued and to convert the unconverted.
